Partial Planning

  • Initial consultation to explain services provided and planning process

  • Continuous access to Lavish by Laila for professional advice and unlimited consultation via email and phone. 

  • Set color combinations, theme, and design concepts.

  • Negotiation of vendor contracts to ensure optimal terms and pricing.

  • Schedule and attend appointments with vendors (florist, DJ, photographer, etc.)

  • Place orders for any rental items if needed.

  • Offer recommendations for Wedding Gown Boutiques, Bridesmaid Dress Stores, Officiants, Transportation services, Hair Stylists, Makeup Artists, Tuxedo providers, and more.

  • Proofing of invitations and stationery items.

  • Arrange the caterer tasting as well as cake and/or dessert tasting. 

  • Create an electronic reception diagram (includes dance floor, tables, etc.).

  • Create a minute-by-minute timeline of the wedding day for client’s approval.

  • Arrange a final walkthrough at venue with key vendors to review the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and final setup.

  • Confirm arrival time of all vendors. 

  • Collect certificates of insurance (COI) from all vendors and distribute to the venue before due date (if applicable). 

  • Distribute client-approved timeline and diagram to all vendors one week prior to the wedding date. 

  • Unlimited hours of service on your wedding day by a Lead Coordinator and assistants. The number of assistants needed for weddings depends on the guest count and the ceremony/reception venues. Assistant rates vary depending on the geographical location. Please contact the Wedding Planner for information on assistant rates.

  • Manage wedding vendors per clients’ instruction in person and by telephone should any problems arise during the entire event.

  • Manage wedding party & family.

  • Supervise the décor and vendor setup, ensuring that everything is arranged according to the provided diagram.

  • Organize delivery and distribute personal flowers to bride, groom, bridal party, family, and special guests.

  • Review ceremony music with musicians and signal when to start playing the music. 

  • Oversee the wedding ceremony, including arranging the bridal party and family for the processional, and ensuring that everyone looks immaculate for photos.

  • Oversee ushers, guest book, or gift attendant if applicable (An additional assistant will be required for a gift attendant.)

  • Line up and organize Grand Entrance with DJ/Band.

  • Coordinate all other announcements with DJ, including speeches, special dances, bouquet toss, and cake cutting during reception.
